Richard Neale - Head of Executive Recruitment at Badenoch & Clark, Luxembourg is recruiting on behalf of an alternative investment company a Head of Asset Managment with a focus in the Real Estate sector.

Senior Executive level position for a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Asset Management who specializes in Real Estate.

My client is leading alternative investment company with head quarters in the USA and offices around the world.

Due to continued growth within their European operations, they are now looking to recruit an individual to head up the Asset Management team and take overall responsibility of their growing Real Estate portfolio.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing a Real Estate portfolio including an in-depth understanding of the leasing, purchasing and selling processes.
A hands-on attitude and strong people management skills will also be required.
Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite and any other European language will be a distinct advantage.
