Responsibilities

• Program budget management with monthly cost consolidation, tracking and reporting
• Program risk management via periodic reporting of program status and issues as provided by the track leads
• Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders including the regulators, program track leads and relevant department and country representatives as part of Internal Models Approach (IMA) application preparation efforts
• Fostering accountability by respective program track leads in the discharge of their roles of formulating action plans and their tracking of gaps closure against agreed timelines
• Coordination of deliverables (including relevant documentation) from key internal stakeholders required as part of the IMA application documentation

Requirements

• Good Degree in Business or Accounting
• Tertiary education in other disciplines will be considered if the candidate possesses the relevant experience
• Additional professional qualifications like CFA or FRM will be an advantage
• Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, project management and reporting
• Working knowledge of Market Risk/Product Control processes and Basel II Capital Accord, especially on Market Risk Internal Models Approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially MS Project, Powerpoint and Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and mediation skills
