The Company
This Global Investment Bank is continuing to expand and is looking to hire a motivated and experienced individuation with strong Projects/Change experience to assist in the development of this team.
The Role
In this role, you will work in a dynamic team reporting directly to the Head of Operations. You’ll be responsible for delivering process/system improvement strategies that enables the Operational work flow to be most efficient. You will lead your team to establish standards and procedures as well as work with internal clients to ensure projects are on track. Furthermore, you may participate in Six Sigma/Lean re-engineering projects.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is a degree holder and should have a minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management and at least 5 years within Investment Banking, preferably in Operations. Solid knowledge in Equity or Equity Derivative products are preferred and the ability to drive multiple projects on a regional basis while managing resources effectively are keys to success in this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to face off with different internal clients are essential. Candidates must have previous experience working in Asia.
