This Senior Pricing Manager, will be responsible for creating pricing models that can be rolled out to business units. Part of the responsibility will also include providing training to business unit pricing personnel.

Duties will include:
Build and maintain stochastic and deterministic pricing models (a suitable platform will be chosen) using the control cycle framework (define the problem, develop solution, monitor results)
Follow corporate and regional risk and pricing standards
Work with Pricing teams in the various BUs to develop pricing assumptions
Building of Valuation models based on Pricing Models
Conduct ongoing research to track experience - whether pricing assumptions are at best estimate levels
Support Regional Office/ BU plans for entry to new markets/ new products
Understand the over all market environment and competitor products in Asia, Japan, US and Europe
Understand overall requirements and influence BU product development to promote better risk profile and profitability and sales balance
Demonstrate critical appraisal skills in areas of product pricing and valuation (mortality, persistency, risk mitigation strategies etc)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Science/ Engineering/ Actuarial/ Finance or Accounting
Track record of success
CFA/ FSA/ ASA/ FIA/ plus 5+ years of industry or related experience
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
Familiar with project / program management
Experience with working in multi-cultural teams
Good communication, able to explain (and defend) decisions on complex technical issues
Excellent team player with strong focus on results
