This position is responsible for researching and analyzing financial conditions and performing asset allocation research. You will develop quantitative models and qualitative reports for the GenSpring Portfolio Strategists and recommend suitability of companies or industries for investments

We have an opening in our New York City office for an Investment Group Analyst. This position is responsible for researching and analyzing financial conditions and performing asset allocation research. You will develop quantitative models and qualitative reports for the GenSpring Portfolio Strategists and recommend suitability of companies or industries for investments. The Analyst will also provide fundamental and technical data to GenSpring Portfolio Strategists and LFO investment professionals. You will conduct studies of industry group, corporations of small to medium size, or specific securities.

Minimum Requirements: • 4 years of investment related research experience. Must possess mid-level research knowledge and skills. • College degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Preferred Requirements: • Has completed or is working on MBA and/or CFA • Local candidates preferred.
