Private Equity Fund who invest in distressed and turnaround situations looking for Investment Professional with 3-7 years experience to join their team.
My client is a successful lower to mid market private equity fund who invests in distressed and turnaround situations across the UK. Founded only a few years ago, they have recently raised their 2nd fund and completed over 20 acquisitions to date. They have a strong reputation in their space and are known to invest on a high volume basis.
They are currently searching for an Investment Professional to join their team in London. As this fund invests in operationally distressed companies they are ideally looking for someone from an Operational Restructuring background. This person will likely come from one of the Big Four Accountancy firms and have 3-7 years experience.
Again, this fund is very hands on with their investments and therefore they need someone who is bright, punchy and willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. The successful candidate will also have top academics and be able to display a stellar track record in his or her career.
Successful candidates will have:
3-7 years experience in Operational Restructuring
2.1 or higher from a top tier university
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to hit the ground running and get things done
Desire to get involved on an operational level
