Managing a team, you will be responsible for product controlling exotic commodities and maintaining and improving the control environment. This includes analysing, explaining and validating profit and loss (P/L) according to market moves, new trades and other influences, managing all marketing and risk provisions on the books to ensure accurate p/l reporting, implementation of strategic projects, such as key risk management and P&L system enhancements, and application of SOX, US GAAP accounting standards and Basel II reporting requirements. You are expected to build strong relationship with Front Office and Shared services clients, and actively manage and develop a team of high quality staff.

You are degree qualified with at least 8 years’ relevant experience, including good exposure to product control. You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Commerciality, drive, coupled with strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills will be imperative.
