The Product Data Team includes one to two team leaders reporting to you. Your London team is responsible for timely set up and management of all new product (instrument) set up. You will maintain current product static data such that end day captured data will reflect necessary changes and manage processes and reporting. Asditional responsibilities include assessing tactical and strategic solutions to ensure operational control.

The ideal candidate should be able to challenge existing processes and procedures and suggest changes as necessary. You are adept with IT and capable of specifying business requirements for enhancements or replacements for existing or new applications. You will take charge of any migration or ad hoc improvement projects. You are a strong manager that is capable of minimising losses through your meticulous and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operations staff in ensuring product data management (Static & Dynamic Data)
• Minimise losses/risk through exercising operational controls over procedures
• Work closely with middle office, legal colleagues on compliance, internal/external auditors on processes and control
• Constant review of existing work processes and systems. And look into improving through change management with specific project teams
• Management reporting, monthly statistics, KPI of team
• Hiring and training of team as necessary

Job Requirements

• Min 8 years Product Data Operations experience
• 5 years managerial experience
• Strong project experience (migration, process improvement etc)
• Meticulous and Analytical, Able to identify necessary changes to improve processes
• Leadership, Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Open to Foreign Candidates looking to relocate to Singapore
