Either OTC Equity Derivative Manager / FXO Trade Support & Confirmation AVP

Our client is global bank with an exciting vision for their Asian business. Due to rapid expansion of their Singapore office, an exciting role has arisen within the Global Derivatives Operations team for 2 capable team leaders.

You will report to the Asia Manager of Global Derivatives Operation and be leading the local team responsible for the global handling of ISDA based confirmations. Product line varies, either you are strong in OTC equity derivatives documentation or FXO documentation, experience in Commodities documentation can put you in a commodities team lead position as well. Your responsibility includes reviewing, negotiating and tracking documentations for a the specific financial product. Depending on your seniority, you can either head up a team of 5 or 10. Trade Support experience with end to end support will put you in a AVP/VP position.

You will be an integral member of a diverse team from an international background. You will work on resolving differences with traders and paralegal, negotiating terms with counterparties where necessary. You will work closely with counterparties and various internal departments on ad hoc activities and provide operational support. You will participate with continual efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

You will conduct operation functions to ensure Internal Controls and Global Standards are adhered to. You will be responsible for controlling and reporting the status of documents - this includes ensuring attention is correctly focused and risks understood and reporting volume statistics to senior management.

As the leader of the team, you are responsible for training and guidance to junior associates. You are, and will be a high performer that keeps abreast with market and industry changes with constant upgrading of skills and knowledge.

You are degree qualified more than 3 years ISDA documentation experience. With minimal 1 year supervisory experience. You have strong knowledge of equity derivatives/commodities/FXO products. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are meticulous, motivated and an excellent team player and team leader.
