The Implementation Services Manager will work in a matrix fashion internally between product management and implementation services. Some of the key responsibilities for this role will be technical specification writing and testing for the application from an integration perspective. The candidate's technical background will be a key to bringing value to this part of the job. Understanding basic programming will be extremely useful as a background to lean on. Other responsibilities include project management tasks and building product expertise. This is an opportunity for someone who is multi-skilled and can assume a wide array of responsibilities in a fast-paced, high growth financial services software company. As an Implementation Services Manageryou will serve as a partner to Sales, Product Management and Development teams. This candidate should possess the following skills:

* Bachelor Degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems; and or a Certification from a top technical institute

* 2+ years of experience implementing software products and some experience programming is preferred

* Excellent communication and listening skills. Must have the ability to understand the business and technical needs of the client

* Be able to understand the importance of building client relationships and providing outstanding customer service

* Sustain strong organizational and project management skills

* Must be able to analyze, document and interpret client requirements; be able to draft technical specifications

* Experience on prior projects that included data analysis, data feeds, data migrations or technical integrations

* Knowledge of data models

* Proficiency in XML and SQL required

* Exposure to financial services industry is preferred

* Trading integration experience and knowledge of FIX is a plus

* Experience with an ASP model is a plus
