Our client, a well reputed financial services provider, are at present seeking to recruit a senior manager to their settlements business due to continued growth in the area. The settlements/custody business of this group has been significantly increasing in relation to its transactional volumes and the role offers exposure to all asset types including domestic equities, LPT’s, cash, fixed interest, currency and private equity investments.

Specific responsibilities include the day to day management of the settlement and custody business with relation to authorisation of trades, daily liquidity management, client enquiries and transaction processing; monthly tasks involve reporting, budget analysis and client reporting/billings; system upgrades & implementations; and identifying/implementing initiatives designed to reduce risk and improve operational efficiencies.

We are inviting interest from individuals who offer a minimum of five years relevant experience including sound product knowledge of the fixed interest, money market, equities and derivatives market, previous management experience and strong communication and relationship skills.
