Growing Corporate Finance team looking for 2 Associates. This fantastic opportunity has arisen for 2 pro-active & self motivated Associates to join this dynamic team. This team needs a highly motivated individual who can bring their 3 plus years of M&A / IPO deal experience into highly respected organisation with a hugely competitive culture. You will be working in this capacity here in Hong Kong or maybe a returning PRC national either way you will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• At least 2 - 3 years experience in an IB working on deal execution / origination in greater China.
• Strong Corporate Finance background
• Business development skills
• Sound M&A, IPO, ECM experience
• Fluent English and ideally Mandarin
• Lots of ambition, belief and will to succeed in a highly competitive enviroment.
